Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment and order verification. Typical fulfillment timelines range from 10 to 15 working days, depending on warehouse location and product availability.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We primarily use these methods:

  • Packet (Fast / Standard / EU / US, etc.) – costs and delivery times vary. Examples: Fast Line (6–10 days), Ordinary (8–12 days)

  • DHL, USPS, ePacket, and other couriers are also available depending on destination

Delivery estimates from China to the U.S.:

  • DHL: 3–7 days

  • Packet Fast Ordinary: 4–9 days

  • Packet Ordinary: 8–12 days

  • USPS: 10–20 days

From regional warehouses: 3–7 days to nearby countries.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are pre-paid at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination. These are estimates and may be adjusted afterward.
Any additional shipping charges due to weight discrepancy, oversized packages, or remote-area surcharges must be covered by the buyer.

4. Tracking & Delivery

Full tracking is included with every order.
Remote shipments may have limited tracking visibility—some updates may not display once packages leave the origin country.
If delivery issues arise, customers are advised to check with their local post office.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes. We are unable to under-declare package values.

6. Lost, Delayed or Returned Packages

Carriers are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, customs clearance, or recipient-side issues (e.g., wrong address).
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments may incur reshipment or disposal fees, payable by the customer.

7. Combined & Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items are usually combined into one shipment when possible to reduce costs.
Shipments may be split if weight or courier restrictions apply
