Refund policy

At Blooming Vita, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to make things right.


We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt)

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away at bloomingvita01@gmail.com, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Personal care items (e.g., opened beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards and sale/clearance items

Exchanges

Need a different size or item?
The quickest way is to return your original item and, once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason—no explanation needed.

The item must still meet the return conditions:
Unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund
